- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 150gr of Grated Gruyere cheese
- 150gr of GAEA olives Marinated with Lemon & Oregano
- A few basil leaves
- Drizzle of GAEA Fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil
METHOD

Unroll the puff pastry sheet and sprinkle the Gruyere cheese evenly across the surface. Distribute the basil leaves over the cheese from edge to edge.

Roll the pastry lengthwise to enclose the filling, then cut diagonally across the roll to create individual pieces. Place each piece flat on a baking tray.
