Unlike fixed estates, which are bound by the variability of each year’s harvest, we source from a trusted network of long-standing partner farmers across Greece. This flexibility allows us to select only the finest olives each season — based on quality, not obligation.
Founded in 1995, GAEA set out with a clear mission: to share Greece’s most authentic, all-natural culinary treasures with the world—at a time when premium Greek products like Extra Virgin Olive Oil, olives, and spreads were virtually unknown globally.
