INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 medium fresh green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 3 Tbsps. Red wine vinegar or Greek Oxymelo
- 150gr Gaea Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives in brine
- 200gr block of Greek Feta cheese
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup Gaea Greek Authentic Extra Virgin Olive
method
- Rinse the vegetables well
- Cut the tomatoes in even sizes and add to a shallow bowl
- slice the onions and peppers and scatter, together with the olives over the tomatoes
- Season with the sea salt and drizzle with the vinegar
- Add the slab of Feta on top and drizzle with the olive oil
- Lastly sprinkle all over with the dried oregano

Tip
Make sure your vegetables are in season, organic and from a vendor you know has Great ingredients! Don't be cheap, flavour is everything! Buy real feta from Greece and hopefully you already buy real Greek olive oil from Gaea! Make sure your oregano is from real oregano not sented flakes! shop smart!
