      • Rinse the vegetables well
      • Cut the tomatoes in even sizes and add to a shallow bowl
      • slice the onions and peppers and scatter, together with the olives over the tomatoes
      • Season with the sea salt and drizzle with the vinegar
      • Add the slab of Feta on top and drizzle with the olive oil
      • Lastly sprinkle all over with the dried oregano

      Make sure your vegetables are in season, organic and from a vendor you know has Great ingredients! Don't be cheap, flavour is everything! Buy real feta from Greece and hopefully you already buy real Greek olive oil from Gaea! Make sure your oregano is from real oregano not sented flakes! shop smart!
