This unique blend of 6 vegetables has been carefully chosen to provide a diverse range of nutrients and flavours. The vegetables include zucchini, bell peppers, eggplant, onions, mushrooms, and asparagus. Each vegetable is grilled to perfection to bring out their individual flavors.
Our high oleic sunflower oil gives this product a healthy boost of monounsaturated facts, whilst our Extra virgin olive oil, on the other hand, is rich in polyphenols which act as antioxidants, but the real star of this product is our awarded Oxymelo, which is a traditional Greek condiment made from vinegar and honey. This combination creates a perfect balance between sweet and acidic flavours.
